Return & Refund Policy
At Meaty Eats, we are committed to providing premium products and exceptional service. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help within the limits of food safety, quality standards, and fair use.
1. Scope
This policy applies to all purchases made in-store and online. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. In-Store Purchases
Non-Perishable Items: May be returned or exchanged within 7 days if unused, in resalable condition, and accompanied by the original receipt.
Fresh Products: Eligible for refund only if defective or damaged at the time of purchase. Claims must be made within 2 days, with proof of purchase. Customers must notify the store within 24 hours.
Frozen Products: Eligible for refund within 2 days if defective or damaged and properly stored (kept frozen). A minimum of 80% of the product must be returned for inspection. Customers must notify the store within 24 hours.
Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method or, at our discretion, as store credit.
3. Online Orders
Items may be returned in-store within the same timeframes:
Fresh: 2 days
Frozen: 2 days
Non-perishable: 7 days
Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required. Customers must notify us within 24 hours for perishable items.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the return is received.
Custom, Catering & Special Orders: These items are non-refundable unless defective upon arrival. Any issues must be reported within 2 to 3 days, along with supporting evidence (e.g., photos).
4. Condition of Goods
To qualify for a return:
Items must be in resalable condition: unopened, undamaged, and in original packaging.
A minimum of 80% of the product must be returned for evaluation (especially for perishable and frozen goods).
Items showing signs of consumption, improper storage, or spoilage due to customer handling will not be accepted.
5. Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original method of payment or as store credit.
Delivery and service fees are non-refundable unless due to store error or approved exceptions.
Please allow 3 to 7 business days for refunds to appear, depending on your financial institution.
6. Exchanges & Store Credit
Exchanges may be permitted for the same or a similar item of equal value, subject to management approval.
Store credit may be offered where a refund is not applicable or upon request.
7. Restocking & Cancellation Fees
Special-order or large-format items may be subject to a 10% to 50% cancellation fee once fulfillment has begun.
Same-day or next-day catering/event cancellations may incur full charges due to preparation and scheduling costs.
8. Defective or Damaged Goods
If your item is defective or damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of purchase or delivery and provide:
Proof of purchase
Description of the issue
Photos (required for online orders)
Once verified, we will arrange a refund, replacement, or store credit.
9. Exceptions / Final Sale Items
The following items are non-refundable:
Items marked “Final Sale”
Heavily discounted items (40% or more)
Custom, special-order, or made-to-order goods
Perishable items not reported within the stated timeframes
Products returned with less than 80% remaining
Items returned without valid proof of purchase
10. How to Return
In-Store Returns
Bring your item and receipt to any Meaty Eats location. Our team will assist you.
Online Returns

Please note:
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
