DELIVERY AREA:

We currently offer delivery to the following postal code areas:

M9A, M8X, M6S, M6P, M6R, and M8Y.


Are you outside our delivery area? Please contact our customer support team to see if we can arrange an alternate shipping option for you.

DELIVERY DETAILS:

Pickup Option

  • Bloor Location: Pickup is available daily from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, with a one-day lead time for all orders placed before 2:00 PM. Please remember to bring valid ID at the time of pickup.

    Port Credit Location: Pickup is available only on Tuesdays and Fridays between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM. Orders must be placed by 2:00 PM the day prior to be eligible for pickup on the next scheduled day. Please remember to bring valid ID at the time of pickup.

Local Delivery
Local delivery is available on Tuesdays and Fridays, with orders placed before 2:00 PM the day prior delivered on the next scheduled delivery day between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM.

You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched. Someone must be available to receive the delivery in person during the delivery window. If no one is available at the time of delivery, the product will be returned to our facility and made available for in-store pickup. We do not leave packages unattended and cannot take responsibility for missed deliveries.

Additions to orders can be made up until the order is dispatched and will be treated as a separate order. At this time, we are unable to accommodate deletions from existing orders.

SAFETY PROCEDURES:

All of our packages are examined and handled by one of our dedicated staff. Packages will be packed in paper bags or cartons depending on the order size, weight and shape. While this serves to insulate the package during transit, items should be placed in the refrigerator/freezer as required immediately or consumed once received.
